Frequently asked questions
How are lesson levels decided?+
Every student begins with a free level assessment, a short conversation and written check aligned to the CEFR scale (A1–C2). We then place you in the class that fits, or design a private plan around your level.
What does a course cost?+
In-person group courses in Leuven are €440 per person for the full 2-month course. Online group courses are €350 for 16 lessons of 90 minutes. Private lessons are €45 per hour. Coffee Talks is €80 per month for external participants and free for current students. The IELTS Online Preparation group is enrolling now and starts with a free trial and level assessment before payment details are confirmed. Materials are always included.
How flexible is the schedule?+
We run mornings, evenings and weekends. Group timetables are set at the start of each term; private lessons are booked at any time that works for both you and your teacher.
Are online classes as good as in-person?+
