Refund Policy

English Language Studio (sole trader, Sluisstraat 79, De Hoorn, 3000 Leuven, Belgium) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. This applies to group courses (in person and online), private lessons and lesson packages, Coffee Talks Speaking Club sessions and teacher consultations.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, either:

• visit paddle.net, find your order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund; or
• email us at annalexovna@gmail.com with your name and order details and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the money.

You can cancel a course place at any time before the course starts and receive a full refund. Once a course has started, the 30-day guarantee above still applies from your order date.

If a time no longer suits you, you are welcome to move to another group or reschedule private lessons instead of requesting a refund. Private lessons can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Individual missed group lessons are not separately credited, but this does not limit your 30-day money-back guarantee.

If we cancel a course or lesson and cannot offer you a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for the part of the service not delivered.
